Unlike Karaoke Queue Manager where users submit YouTube urls or artists/song titles with their name to get on the queue, here when one doesn't find a song on your online catalog they're given the option of submitting a YouTube url or artist/song (they're made aware that the karaoke version of the song must exist on Youtube). You can click on the demo above on this page and search something that you know won't be in the catalog. When you do that you'll see that option.
